Tribes Odisha: The Kalinga Kusum Foundation in collaboration with ‘Subham’ organized the 18th ‘PARJA’ Festival – a National Level Tribal Festival at Permanji in the tribal-dominated Block of Thuamul Rampur of Kalahandi district from 1st to 3rd March 2020.
SDC (Special Development Council) Advisor Sujeet Kumar graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
